Eos consulting’s two founding principals have decades of experience in business strategy, governance and execution.

Dr. Byron Winn has been practicing and studying governance and strategy for 28 years, in settings ranging from air combat training — where strategy is immediate and visceral — to business consulting for major global corporations.

John Murphy has 26 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business. His career includes large corporate technology environments as well as leading-edge technology vendors and consultancies — all focused on utilizing technology to further business strategies and goals.

Eos consulting’s additional team members each have a minimum of 20 years experience in a variety of professional arenas.

R. Craig Murphy has over 33 years experience in engineering and technology. His career encompasses a mix of senior technical positions and management positions, including senior management. He is a technically savvy thought leader capable of both strategic vision and project execution.

Hamed Omar has 27 years of experience in the strategic use of Information Technology to enable business growth. His career spans consulting in database architectures and large systems implementations to senior executive positions developing IT strategy and system architectures, as well as managing large technology infrastructures.

Kim Patrick-Gerra has 24 years of experience advancing technology to achieve competitive strength. She has worked in many industries, including defense, travel, and not-for-profit organizations.
